Jennifer Floyd
UNCHARTED Founder
SENIOR EAPD Facilitator
Jennifer has been working with at-risk youth for over 20 years. When introduced to EAPD in 2012, she knew she had found a wellspring for approaching deep pain and relational restoration. She is a certified EAPD facilitator with both Chris Irwin EAPD and Elaine Davis of Unbridled FBEAP and has been facilitating EAPD courses for 10+ years for organizations such as Teen Challenge, Crittendon Children's Center, Shelterwood, and Banner Academy. She is dedicated to exploring how natural horsemanship brings us into healthier relationships with both horse and others and gently confronts unaddressed past hurts.
Erin Herner, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
LVL 1 natural Lifemanship trained
Erin is a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Pleasant Boundaries Counseling, who focuses on helping individuals find peace, joy, and connection after the traumas and hurts of life. She uses EMDR, the Life Model, Immanuel Prayer, and other attachment and trauma-focused therapies to facilitate healing and growth in emotional maturity.
Erin is in the process of becoming certified to provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the Natural Lifemanship Institute.
Jessianna Melo
EAPD Program Assistant
Jessianna grew up on her grandpa’s farm, spending her life around horses and dreaming of one day working in EAPD. Now a young wife and mom, she carries a deep passion for seeing people walk in authenticity and connection, and she believes horses have a unique way of aiding this process.
Jessianna is currently interning with Uncharted and will soon further her training through the Natural Lifemanship Institute. She is pursuing her certification as an EAPD facilitator to continue on staff with Uncharted.
